Technical Consultant / Project Manager Consultant Responsibilities: + Participation in projects such as: Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Feasibility Study, Masterplan, Concepts, + Technical analysis, verification and opinions on solutions, reconciliation of documentation, technical advice, permitting path, limitations from urban plans and studies + Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with Clients + Participation in the preparation of offers and the process of obtaining orders for the company + Managing of projects from different aspects - timing, budget, quality, leading internal team Requirements: + 2-3 years of experience in the above-mentioned position + Experience in engineering projects welcome + A Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in Architecture / Civil / or any other technical related to the aboves responsibilities + Experience in industrial projects + Knowledge of the construction process and permitting procedures + Very good interpersonal abilities + Very good skills in software (AutoCAD, Office) + English intermediate / advanced + Willingness to travel in business, conducting meetings with a Clients Optionally: Professional Engineer license in Architecture / Civil / other related to the above's responsibilities We offer: + Employment contract with an attractive salary + Annual bonus + Benefits package + Flexible work schedule & possibility of remote work + Development opportunities (training, mentoring, coaching) + Involvement in interesting projects across CEE area + Friendly and supportive environment + International and multicultural team For further information please contact Svetlana Simkova, svetlana.simkova@bilfinger.com Bilfinger Czech Republic s.r.o.
