Fiserv APAC Delivery Services works with clients across Asia Pacific to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end banking solutions. As a seasoned consultant, you will lead the development team working on medium-large IT delivery projects and ensure that quality, timelines and cost KPIs are met.

Candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in a relevant IT discipline and have at least  5 years experience working in a similar organization, with a good working knowledge of banking applications. 5 to 8 years experience leading development teams working on medium-large IT delivery projects.  The candidate is expected to work independently, is pro-active and ensures the delivery KPI – Quality, Timelines and Cost.

Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experienceThis position requires detailed working knowledge on banking applications and architecture, and  software development life cycle (SDLC)Has a positive, pro-active and take-charge attitudeDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problemsHelp maintain code quality, and organizationLiaise with internal and external clientsAnalyse clients’ existing systemBe hands on and involved in providing user support which requires investigation and troubleshooting issuesIdentify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business sustainabilityHands on individual and be able to work with local and offshore teams to deliver projects on their technical aspects

Core specific Technical Skillset required :

7+ years of experience in Java development5+ years of experience in .Net development particularly in C# WinForms (prefer version 3.5 or higher)Need to have good debugging and problem solving skillsShould have good understanding of Framework and Design Patterns and able to understand complex Architectural aspects

Experience and Essential Knowledge/Skills

Openshift or Open Container Platform ExperienceRUP, Agile and Waterfall development experienceGood communication skills in English

Advantageous:

Preferably with strong knowledge in Signature and T4S ApplicationRetail Banking domain experienceLeadership and management experience

Good to have:

Unit Tests, Visual Studio 2013+, Microsoft Reporting or Crystal Reports, XML, WCF, MVVMIIS 6/7 configuration including certificates for SSLInstallShield 2010 or 2013Experience in developing complex multi-tiered applications (web and/or desktop)Source control like GitHub and DockerExperience with JIRA and ConfluenceKnowledge of Integration and unit test and test driven development practicesStrong integration design and development experience
