We are seeking a dynamic Technical Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. What you need to succeed:

• Experience in a technical consultant or IT operations role

• Knowledge of automation runbook tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or similar platforms.

• Creating a workflow design demonstrating process mapping, problem solving and decision modelling.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Groovy and Bash.

• Experience of orchestration languages such as YAML.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and integrating automation with third-party tools.

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.

• Desirable Qualifications: ITIL V3/4 foundation

• The successful candidate will be required to hold and maintain a high-level Security Clearance as a condition of employment.

This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from either Gloucester or London on a regular basis (4 days per week).
