CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Consultant – AIOps opening for our client in Armonk, NY. Location: Armonk, NY Duration: 12 months Duties: Engage with clients to assess infrastructure and operational challenges and design tailored AIOps solutions. Implement AIOps platforms to streamline IT operations and improve overall system performance. Analyze large volumes of operational data using AI/ML techniques to identify patterns, reduce noise, and accelerate problem resolution. Optimize monitoring and alerting systems to enhance reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Apply natural language understanding (NLU), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) to extract actionable insights and provide next-best-action recommendations. Support performance optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across IT operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AIOps solutions within client environments. Skills: Strong proficiency in AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks. Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms and IT operations management tools. Programming expertise in Python; additional scripting languages a plus. Familiarity with NLU/NLP methodologies and practical applications. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing communication skills. Experience: Proven experience in implementing or consulting on AIOps solutions within enterprise environments. Background in IT operations, monitoring, automation, or performance engineering. Experience in analyzing and managing large operational datasets for actionable insights. Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency through AI/ML-enabled solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Advanced degree preferred. Certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are advantageous. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
