We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued. **What you'll be doing:** + Assist the Technical Configuration team to respond clients' requests related to financial needs. + Meet clients' expectations and ensure proper compliance with configuration of Egencia's reservation solution. + Support Account Managers to solve problems related to configuration and business customer profiles. - Ensure that the service level agreements from business customers are respected. + Ensure compliance with the processes of each business client (means of payment, invoicing, etc.). + Identify any potential optimization of internal processes. + Immediate assistance in emergency situations (Egencia reservation solution not available, payment method not available, etc.). + Work in close collaboration with transversal services such as the back office or shared services to resolve requests related to billing problems. + Get in touch with the various supplier partners when the situation requires it. **What we need from you:** + Strong understanding of travel operations, products and platforms. + Excellent communication ability including written and oral presentation skills. + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills in relation to travel-related processes. + Excellent administrative and time management skills. + Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to influence both internally and externally. + Patience and understanding.
