skills and professional growth of software development teams. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical expertise with exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities to drive continuous improvement in software development practices.

Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development teams across various skill levelsAssess current development practices and recommend improvements aligned with software craftsmanship principlesConduct code reviews, design workshops, and technical training sessionsPromote and implement best practices in: Test-driven development (TDD)Clean code principlesContinuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)Agile and lean software development methodologiesDesign and facilitate technical skill-building workshops and learning programsHelp teams develop robust architectural designs and scalable software solutionsAssist in establishing and maintaining high-quality coding standards and development workflowsSupport teams in adopting modern software engineering practices and toolsProvide one-on-one and group mentoring to help developers enhance their technical skillsCollaborate with technical leadership to develop strategic skill development initiativesRequirements:
