ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Technical Cloud Architect /Enterprise Architect with lead responsibilities
You should locate optimally in Denmark but one of the Nordic Country is doable.
Your role is in delivery as a billable lead consultant. You are working as SPOC in between Customer and SAP internal stakeholders and internal delivery organizations. Role contains selling, designing, cloud architecture discussions, migration facilitations, c-level collaborations, securing high quality handovers – topics you would expect the Technical Enterprise Architect would do to master our delivery success with superior external and internal collaboration. You make the choir to sing together and audience to applause.
For example as a Technical Architect your role and responsibilities contain:
· Support Sales
· Ensure Cloud Architecture fit
· Make implementation and transition to operation smooth.
· Onboard and follow-up and stabilize customers technical landscape to SAP.
· Heading Operational Board – following up technical success across SAP internal units
· Steerco member on selected customer accounts during onboarding, migration and stabilization in the role of the technical architect overseeing all technical aspects
· Support AE's in respect of Customer communication and Change Management to RISE contracts on selected accounts
· Chairman for local internal board on critical accounts
· Direct dialogue on status, plans, technical architecture and other activities with ECS on selected accounts
· Understanding & Monitoring technical status for timely and accurate customer communication
· Technical Advisory & Guidance to our delivery organization Project Managers
· You will master SAP Technology Capability model and you support our customers to understand aspects of it.
YOUR PROFILE
· You are used to lead customer discussions, and you have approach that takes customers forward.
· You have ability to take helicopter view and calm situation down
· You have eagerness to deep dive to secure success
· You can communicate easily with technical people and with management.
· Business communication in both English and regional language
