The Technical Care Specialist provides advanced technical and product support within Care service delivery. A global position in a 24x7 support environment with a responsibility to work on complex troubleshooting cases, especially at solution / system level. It also acts as a primary interface to R&D for escalation of customer problems and their follow-up till resolution.
You have:
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience requiredTypically requires a min.of 5-8 yrs of experience with demonstrated passion and achievement for technology in the areas described below and customer satisfactionStrong in fundamentals including Networking, OS concepts, Virtualization, Security etc.Worked on Microservices Containers (Kubernetes/Docker, Certified Kubernates Administrator (CKA) is an advantage, Worked on Areas of Telecommunication networking (Core/Access) and know the 5G architecture, Worked on Networking and Cybersecurity (TCP/IP v4/v6, Firewalls/iptables, worked on any cybersecurity related solutions like Endpoint Security)It would be nice if you also had:
Azure or any public cloud certificationsKnowledge on IaaS (Openstack, Red Hat OpenShift is an advantage), Virtualisation (vSphere/vCloud) and Software Defined Networking (SDN, nuage,Openflow).System Administration of Linux/Windows environment.Experience in RDBMS like Oracle, MariaDB, Postgress and Neo4j.Helps experts to perform troubleshooting methods like system level tracing, debug, protocol flow analysis. Identifies, reproduces and characterizes defects and collaborates promptly with R&D teams for fixes.Interacts with customer for complex cases, providing workarounds, etc.Ensures SLAs are met for escalated cases.Contributes for Root Causes Analysis (RCA) analysis and report creationCreates knowledge articles (author, reviewer).Develops competencies on products and solutions.
