Job Description We are seeking highly motivated and experienced System Analysts to assist with our international restaurant technology team. The role will help analyze and implement solutions for our on-premises payment and restaurant technology systems. There are a few big projects coming that focus on new hardware, software updates, and POS enhancements and functionality updates. These analysts will wear multiple hats and help with requirements, UAT, and troubleshooting. We need critical thinkers who can work through troubleshooting and solve problems. You will need to be onsite in Atlanta 2-3 days a week. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with developers, vendors, and other IT professionals to implement and test payment and restaurant technology system solutions. * Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures (Confluence, JIRA) * Provide technical support and training to end-users on payment system functionalities. * Monitor payment system performance and identify and resolve issues promptly. * Ensure payment systems comply with industry regulations and security standards. * Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and budgets. * Help with POS initiatives that the team is working on. * Help with requirements and UAT * Troubleshooting and debugging * SQL Queries to make updates to POS options and other systems in restaurants Compensation: $60/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
