To help drive our mission forward, we are seeking a Technical Business Development and Marketing Director to lead the development, implementation, and realization of the business strategy for our ELN lipids and premix portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the global strategy for ELN lipids and premixes, collaborating across regions and functions to ensure seamless alignment and successful project delivery. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Own the Segment Strategy: • Develop and lead the overall strategy for the ELN lipids and premix segment, ensuring alignment across regions and functions. • Use market and customer insights to update the strategic marketing plan annually and drive execution both globally and regionally. • Lead partnership strategies for both organic and inorganic growth, collaborating with Venturing and Innovation teams to expand the product portfolio. Drive Innovation: • Lead the marketing and strategy for the innovation and clinical/scientific pipeline strategy for the segment, ensuring a robust and competitive product offering. • Support regional teams, customers, and Global Key Account Directors (GKADs) in executing technical business development and commercializing new projects. • Take responsibility for marketing activities within the innovation process.
