The IT Service Management Professional is responsible for leading the identification, investigation, and resolution of recurring IT issues, ensuring long-term service stability and continuous improvement. This role combines deep expertise in root cause analysis, ServiceNow, and ITSM governance with strong leadership, communication, and audit-readiness capabilities.
Conduct detailed root cause analyses (RCAs) using methodologies such as the 5 Whys, and ensure sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
Create reports and dashboards that display KPI metrics to leadership
Critical production impact durations, breach data (MTTA/MTTR), incident volume, trend analysis, problem resolution
Administer and train teams on ITSM tools including ServiceNow
Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITSM suite, reporting, and tool administration.
Proven experience leading RCA efforts and managing long-running problem records.

Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience or high school diploma/GED and 7 years of related experience

Field of study: Finance, Business
ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification.
Experience writing SOPs, RCA documentation, and audit-ready reports.
Familiarity with ITSM tool integrations and data translation.
Familiarity with PagerDuty or similar on call tools
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive service excellence.
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
