This role will focus on optimizing business operations through process analysis, ERP system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, including upgrade projects, and a strong understanding of the Prophet 21 (P21) module. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business process improvement or ERP systems analysis. Proven experience with Epicor ERP, including system upgrades. Strong knowledge of the P21 module and its application in business operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Epicor ERP or related systems. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments. Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
