As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Digital Transformation Project, supporting the delivery of a seamless workflow system that enhances efficiency and accuracy for our Principal Finance Operations teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders across global hubs and will work closely with the Digital Lead to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and reduce manual processes. Strong communication, professional presentation, and business analysis skills, including requirement elicitation, logic definition, and process mapping.Experience in AI technologies and prompt engineering.The ability to work independently and manage scope with stakeholders across global teams.Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce Workflow, UI Path, web design, eCommerce, and greenfield application development is beneficial.
