Skills and Requirements 5+ years of business analysis experience   Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa)   Strong understanding of data quality, integration, and performance requirements   Skilled in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users   Proficient in creating process diagrams and workflows   Familiarity with SSO integrations and SAML authentication   Confident in leading meetings and facilitating requirements sessions and working within a cross-functional team setting   Experience utilizing:    Service Now - for tracking support tickets, documenting requirements, managing change requests, and integrating with development tools    Jira - for creating and managing work items, sprint planning, and visualizing workflow Azure DevOps (ADO) - for writing user stories, managing backlogs, linking requirements to test cases, and tracking bugs Experience with SharePoint content management null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
