What you’ll do

Develop functional specifications that satisfy requirements

Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements

Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed

Support production deployment planning

Perform system validation

Assist internal stakeholders with ongoing support for applications

What experience you need 

Strong related experience in a Technical BA role

Experience supporting multiple projects and/or teams in a matrix environment

Proven ability to manage a project end to end with multiple stakeholder engagement

Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
