Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.
**Your Responsibilities:**
Curtiss-Wright EMD is searching for a Technical Business Analyst for its Project Management Organization (PMO). The position is responsible for the development of project management systems and processes within the PMO. The successful candidate will use their capabilities and experiences to modernize legacy reporting, create new business applications, and when required, work with IT or other departments to design and implement applications requiring more extensive development. Provide formal and informal training as required on the use of the developed reports and applications.

**Your Challenge:**
+ Improves existing technologies/tools currently in use for project management and work to develop and implement new tools to improve project management efficiency
+ Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives
+ Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
+ Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing organization optimization efforts
+ Evaluate AI tools for implementation within project management processes
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
+ Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals
**What You Bring:**
+ Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ Typically 5 - 10 years applicable progressive experience
+ Experienced with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle)
+ Extensive Microsoft Power BI experience
+ Skilled with one or more programming languages, including PL/SQL
+ Experienced developing and maintaining relational databases
+ Proven ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a timely manner
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and take actions based on the findings
+ Excellent understanding of project management techniques and processes
+ Excellent understanding and application of process improvement tools and methods.
+ Knowledge of cost and revenue budgets, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate to individuals at all levels of the organization.
+ Proven track record of leadership skills.
