We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

Ensure adherence to agile methodology and all required practices are followed by the team.Provide Business, Product Owner and Agile team with the functional support whilst evolving the creation of user stories and managing the product backlog.Perform solution analysis on customer journeys and product functionality.Transformation skills (BA skills, Process Mapping, Data analysis and knowledge of SQL, Agile- experience with Agile Ways of Working, JIRA, Confluence)Cross functional Stakeholder Management (Business, IT, Data, Ops etc)Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.Keep project documentation up to date.Work with stakeholders to prioritize features or requirements using techniques like MoSCoWIdentify gaps between the current state and the desired future state.Conduct stakeholder meetings to clarify requirements, resolve conflicts, or provide updates.Work with developers to ensure the solution aligns with business requirements.Attend sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
