As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.
How you will contribute
You will:
Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participates in the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line levelOwn the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PM-Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; owns the R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget of the lineDevelop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and build capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department levelPartner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forumsAssist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plantWhat you will bring

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
This position strongly supports to Technical Manager in leading the maintenance team to ensure plant infrastructure and facility building, and ensure that equipment meets or exceeds the needs of the plant for conversion, safety and environmental compliance. This person is responsible for establishing a vision, strategies, and tactical application of predictive maintenance and service management techniques for plant facility and equipment and for championing, mentoring, and training maintenance and service management resources within the plant.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for maintenance management to complete the maintenance targets with regards to both quantity and quality within the safety requirements as well.
Manage regular inspections of electrical and other high-hazard equipment in the facility to ensure work safety and work environment in compliance with local and company norms and guidelines
Work with the Production team to make sure the machinery and equipment are running in good condition and ensure the effective implementation of Planned Maintenance (PM).
Define and manage PM standards and guidelines; PM health check and coach to ensure PM system is strictly implemented
Provide effective professional technical support for all projects, equipment, and technology upgrades.
Organize and deliver internal technical skills training to ensure consistent technical/ maintenance management expertise within the plant.
Manage the equipment in line with the operation process standard to ensure the stability of product quality;
Involve in the design of technical to ensure that the equipment capacity and function meet the production line and product design requirements;
Establish and manage equipment technical standards for production lines, change management assessments and determine whether equipment and process capability meet the needs;
Training and being in charge of the development of the company's technical capacity;
Do cost control and standard management, and continue to reduce the cost of the factory.
PM Pillar Lead of Integrated Lean Six Sigma.
Other tasks are required when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering and maintenance field.
Good people management skills
Strong planning and time management skills
Strong communication and influencing skills
Good Lean Six Sigma knowledge
