About This Role

                                                                                                         

Support DOT to meet client’s demand for timely development and on-going update of Flight Instructors simulator lesson guide and Simulator
briefings thereby enabling DOT to meet a proper number of Quality Assurance observations required to maintain service level expected by
client.

[Primary Duties]
• Develop and update Flight Instructor Guide (FIGs) and Computer Based Briefings (CBBs)
• Develop FSI/FSE Initial and Recurrent lessons and tests.
• Support Director of Training (DOT) with Training manual revisions.

[Secondary Duties]
• Special projects assigned by DOT to monitor action plan implemented in response to client periodic service level assessment
• Analytic follow up of Instructor Pilot Performance Monitoring program (IPPM
• Conduct Quality assessment observations
• Planning, Monitoring and Scheduling Instructors training and evaluation
• Record keeping of internal training files
• Carry out new projects assigned by DOT to improve customer satisfaction
