Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. Australia is a cooperative program partner in the Triton program which consists of the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and Northrop Grumman.
**Your Role**
+ Provide technical logistic assessment, codification and cataloguing of all items required by the program.
+ Champion interpreting technical reports and informing key stakeholders such as Supply Chain and Engineering.
+ Complete through investigations of Triton parts, providing reports and loading into CAMM2
+ Review defect reports and approve fixes.
+ Prepare and submit documentation to the National Codification Bureau for codifying and cataloguing stock items.
+ Create and maintain master part records in MILLIS to ensure accurate data.
+ Assess obsolescence and reliability reports, recommending updates to cataloguing and codification.
+ Identifyadditional improvement opportunities and manage productivity and quality improvement campaigns.
+ Prepare and submit Joint Deficiency Reporting System and Publication Improvement Report and reply to vendors as required to correct or improve minor documentation errors found. • Prepare and submit Illustrated Parts Breakdown changes to the Technical Publications team.
**About You**
+ A technical background in aviation or engineering is advantageous
+ MILLIS experience is essential
+ Strong knowledge of Defence inventory management policies and ESCM
+ Experience in master data management within a maintenance, repair, and overhaul environment.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Strong team player, with ability to work as part of a larger group and independently
+ Ability to obtain an NV1 AGSVA clearance.
