**What you will do** + Assist in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services. + Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT operations to ensure high availability and performance. + Collaborate with senior technical architects and engineers to develop scalable and secure infrastructure designs. + Participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues. + Provide technical expertise and support to the Service Desk on complex issues to facilitate timely resolution. + Drive the daily management ticket process in coordination with the Country Service Delivery Manager and technical teams to ensure efficient issue tracking and resolution. + Document infrastructure architecture, configurations, and operational procedures. + Assist in the evaluation and integration of new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure efficiency. + Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning. + Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols. + Provide technical support and guidance to operations teams. + Assists with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance of projects and products. + Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of Vontier and all verticals network capabilities and constraints. + Develop and present business case material for senior prospects and customer stakeholders. Create and deliver tailored presentations. **Who you are** + Bachelor’s degree in computer/business related subject or equivalent work experience or appropriate professional certifications. + Three to five years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in a minimum of two of the following technical disciplines:infrastructure and network designservers and storagedatabase management and operationsclustering technologiesvirtualizationcloud technologiesactive directory + Exposure to multiple and diverse technical configurations, technologies, and process improvements.
