Job Description

Main Activities and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for KRYPTOR products worldwide, ensuring timely and high-quality support to distributors and internal partners.Assist in fixing and resolving technical issues (software, reagent and instrumentation).Create action plans and technical solutions with colleagues involved in blocking issues to support our international partners.Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the
CRM system.Generate documentation.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of
technical issues.

Keys to Success:To excel in this role, equivalent experience or a high school diploma is required (Engineer, Master 2 or equivalent) in biomedical engineering, biotechnology or a specialized field within biology sciences or engineering.Dual competence in health biology and new information and communication technologies is highly desirable.Fluency in French is required, along with good written and spoken English skills.Fluency in Spanish would be a significant advantage.Your proven ability to successfully implement technical solutions and your determination to deliver exceptional customer service in a world-class environment will set you up for success.
