Verantwortungsbereich:

 

alle Bereiche der applikativen Grifols-Kundenbetreuung, unter anderem:

Fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen den Grifols-Abteilungen und den Kundenstandorten Einarbeitung neuer Kunden an Analysensystemen und im Reagenzhandling Software-Updates Beratung unserer Kunden in der IH und NAT Troubleshooting im analytischen Umfeld Analysieren von Arbeitsabläufen Erfassen und Pflege von Kundendaten Wissenschaftliche Unterstützung

 

alle Projekte, die an den Kundenstandorten implementiert werden:

Sorgt für einen guten Kommunikationsfluss innerhalb Grifols sowie auf Kundenseite Entwicklung von Projektplänen Beteiligung an der Einführung neuer Produkte Anbindung und Pflege der LIS-Kommunikation Aufsetzen und Pflege unserer Middleware Lösung

 

zusätzlich:

Unterstützung der Verkaufsleiter mit Präsentationen, Analysen und Dokumentation Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter Verifizierung von Dokumenten Hilfestellung bei der Erstellung von Standard Operation Procedures Technische Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungsprozessen

 

Anforderungsprofil:

Wissenschaftliche Bachelor-Ausbildung im Bereich Medizin, einem artverwandten Zweig oder MTA mit mindestens 4 Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich Anwendungsunterstützung in der Medizintechnik Fließende deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse von Vorteil nachweisbare analytische Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Arbeiten Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit Bereitschaft zu hoher Reisetätigkeit (über 75%) und gelegentliche Dienstreisen in weitere europäische Länder Gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse, Erfahrungen mit Netzwerken und Servicemax wären wünschenswert.
