Develop deep technical expertise to assist customers, partners, and sales teams in solving product issues through analysis.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support through analysis of customer data and meaningful interpretations.Resolve customer product performance inquiries by analyzing conditions and replicating laboratory environments to identify issues.Independently conduct tests and experiments to validate solutions.Communicate recommendations to end-users effectively.Perform regular troubleshooting to maintain technical skills and knowledge.Prepare and present reports and formal presentations to management as required.Participate as an instructor for in-house and external workshops.Maintain a professional relationship with development teams for continuous self-training and provide technical findings to support R&D’s quality improvement programs.Travel domestically or internationally for workshops or conferences as needed.RequirementsBachelor of Science Degree in the Biological Sciences2+ years of HLA experienceSpecific knowledge of basic immunology and molecular biologyPractical bench experience in one or more areas such as HLA Typing by NGS, SBT, SSP, SSO, or HLA Antibody ScreeningProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesMaintain confidentiality of critical laboratory data and business informationEnsure safe laboratory procedures and protocols are followed at all timesExercise independent discretion and judgment in completing responsibilitiesCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, staff, and third partiesWork in a laboratory setting with human blood and/or tissue productsEngage in extended phone discussions with customers and channel partnersCompensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $66,000.00–$88,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
