The Single Use and Integrated system is part of Customer Application organization. The team covers single-use and multi-use processing technologies, equipment and consumables in Asia. It is a team of highly motivated and experienced experts that works with the commercial organization and sales support functions on all levels.  It drives technology and opportunity to accelerate our business growth and creates additional value for our customers and our organization.

The Technical Application Expert – Single Use&Integrated Platform System position drives sales growth through new business opportunities and sales programs that include Single Use opportunities during the entire selling process. This position provides technical expertise and business acumen for complex projects up to achievement of the project and to drive profitable growth utilizing strategic pricing tools and programs.

 

Your Role:

Manage and support Single Use business opportunities throughout the pre-sales phaseQualify leads in collaboration with the field sales team and Single Use & Hardware operationsPresent and position customer-centric value propositions and sales strategiesEvaluate technical requirements and solution design with Engineering and Quotation teamsDevelop and deliver commercial and technical proposals tailored to specific customer needsSupport pricing strategy development with the manager and lead customer negotiationsAct as a technical consultant, aligning customer requirements with internal solutions and capabilitiesWork from lead development to clarify URS (User Requirements Specification) and provide technical proposals; create designs and drawings to support customer applications in the regionServe as the communication/interface point between customers and engineering throughout all project phases to ensure successful completionCollaborate with S&SO and Denver quotation teams to control project scope, variations, costs/margins, and timingUse and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com from quote request to customer orderEstablish close relationships and drive collaboration with key customers, consultants, and industry opinion leadersDevelop an internal stakeholder network by effectively communicating business information across the organizationAnalyze market share and industry dynamics to maintain strong awareness of industry drivers and trends, providing input to Field Marketing for new product development

 

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical, Process Engineering, Biotechnology or related field+7 years’ Experience in Biotech and engineering knowledge and/or sales/marketing within Biopharmaceutical Industry and single-use manufacturing.Experience with Single Use processes and products in biopharmaceutical industry Good understanding and knowledge of the biopharmaceutical market and Biotech processing.Technical background in bioprocessing, preferably with hands-on experience in Single Use technologiesSolid experience in technical sales, business development, or application consultingExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and translate customer needs into actionable solutionsStrategic and self-driven mindset with a customer-first approachGood knowledge of automation and software scienceGood knowledge of cGMP’s, regulatory requirements and validationGood presentation, excellent communication skills verbal and written and negotiation skills.Good analytical skills (market analysis)Fluent in English
