Job Description - Technical and Implementation Consultant
About the Role
In this role as Technical and Implementation Consultant you will:
Set-up the technical components of the HighQ Appliance, connector library, SSO and API integrations
Run customer workshops, gather requirements and map customer needs to the HighQ solutions
Own the integration processes and documentation, regularly reviewing and modifying existing internal and client-facing documentation
Work with Support teams to troubleshoot customer challenges
Work with our customers to build end-to-end solutions using HighQ Collaborate
Hold regular meetings with customers, clearly outlining milestones, challenges and managing customer expectations (and hopefully exceeding them)
Work closely with product, support, customer success and sales teams to help our customers get the best from our software
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Technical and Implementation Consultant if you have experience with the following:
Working with network firewalls and proxy servers
Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022
Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, SSO (SAML) and DNS
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting
Hybrid Storage
Encryption Key Management
Experience working with APIs
Experience providing a value-add service to Legal Software customers through implementation and best practice consulting
Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Desire to learn and work with HighQ Collaborate
Desired—but not required—skills include:
Front-end web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
1-2 years of implementation experience with HighQ Collaborate or other legal software
Familiarity with corporate legal and legal industry use cases, such as contract intake, contract lifecycle management and matter management
