As a Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing data outputs that accelerate business-driven decisions and outcomes. Join our Customer Content and Campaign team and help define essential capabilities that enable advanced analytics, machine learning-driven marketing programs, and campaign success.
What you’ll be doing as a Technical Analyst:
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with IT and commercial business units such as market access, medical affairs, and data & analytics to create dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights on digital products. Tracking and Analysis: Analyze business requirements and implement logic for reporting to meet stakeholder needs. Provide clear insights on data collection and measurement frameworks. Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain global Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards for Customer Engagement Teams, empowering data-driven decision-making. Storytelling Through Data: Translate complex analytics into compelling stories that help stakeholders understand digital data and its impact. Data Management & Integration: Oversee data integration across multiple teams and platforms, bridging digital analytics with other digital capabilities. Agile Teamwork: Work in an agile environment, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and rapid response to changing priorities.What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate:
Strong Analytical & Technical Skills: You have a passion for data analysis and a solid technical foundation. Data-Oriented Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and database management is essential. Proactive & Prioritized: You are a fast learner who takes initiative, prioritizes tasks effectively, and acts with urgency to meet deadlines. Independent & Collaborative: Comfortable working independently and as part of a globally dispersed team, supporting stakeholders worldwide. Clear Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences, especially under time constraints. Language Skills: Good command of English is required.Bonus points if you have experience with:
