Experience 3 - 5 years The Technical Writer will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts to create, edit, and maintain content for the product team. 
Responsibilities: • • Work with subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product • • Produce easy-to-understand user documentation for a variety of guides, tutorials, FAQs • • Work with content in multiple formats including graphics and videos • • Maintain existing content, working with experts to revalidate or update content • • Proactively identify opportunities and methods for improving processes and tools. 
Requirements: • • Candidates with bachelor’s degree in English literature / Mass communication / Journalism are highly preferred. • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator, InDesign, Web Works, SnagIt, and SharePoint as a repository. Camtasia a plus • • Applicant should have the ability to learn applications and to work under tight deadlines.
