Job Duties: Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.21484)
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation.
Position requires:
Human Capital Management; Filtering and updating complex technical knowledge documents for use in problem resolution; RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA and Web Services; Reading and deciphering software Log and Trace files, Web Server Optimization, and Server configuration; and, Benefits Extracts, OTBI Reports, and BI Publisher Reports.
