Job Duties: Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.28877)

 

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-Support-related occupation.

Position requires:

Database Administration (Oracle RDBMS) and storage and network administration; ASM, RAC, and Oracle RDBMS; Linux, Solaris, AIX, Windows, and OS virtualization; GRID, ASM, or RAC installation, configuration, upgrade and patching within versions 11gR2, 12c, 18c, and 19c; Performance issues within Oracle multi-node RAC environments
