Job Duties: Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Employer will accept a Bachelor's* degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation.
*In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 years of work experience.

Database Administration; Database Patching; Database Cloning; Database Upgrades; and Troubleshooting Database issues.
