Job Duties: Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation.
