Проведення сезонного шиномонтажу (два рази на рік), контроль зберігання шин на складах постачальників по Україні.

Організація логістики транспортування шин по Україні та їх страхування на складах зберігання.

Внесення даних з рахунків в SAT/ALDAVAR (створення Purchase Order) по рахунках за покупку автомобільних шин / сезонний шиномонтаж / зберігання шин / і транспортування шин між складами по Україні.

Підготовка і аналіз даних з купівлі шин / послуг шиномонтажу, а також зберігання шин для бюджетування витрат як для фінансового відділу, так і для звітності в головний офіс компанії (два рази на рік).

Адміністрування інтерфейсу CRM/WEBCON, в розділі питань закупівлі шин / сезонного шиномонтажу / зберігання шин / транспортування шин між складами по Україні.

Проведення інвентаризації складів зберігання шин по Україні (два рази на рік).

Підготовка та погодження інформації для продажу б/у шин з керівництвом ТОВ «ЕЙВЕНС УКРАЇНА».

Підготовка та подання інформації керівництву ТОВ «ЕЙВЕНС УКРАЇНА» по тендерній закупівлі шин для парку авто.

Підготовка звітності для керівництва ТОВ «ЕЙВЕНС УКРАЇНА».  

Забезпечувати безперервне підвищення якості надання послуг, безупинне удосконалення процесів з метою підвищення та підтримки рівня задоволеності клієнтів.

 Виконання всіх GPS контролів, що знаходяться в компетенції працівника, згідно встановленних дедлайнів.

 Виконання всіх групових тренінгів (My Learning) у встановлений компанією термін.  

Оновлення всіх процедур, що знаходяться в компетенції працівника, мінімум раз на рік.
