Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Technical Advisor to join our team!NIFE Technical Advisors (TAs): The NIFE’s core operational functions are executed by a Watch Team composed of both military and contractor support personnel.  NIFE TAs provide continuity of training between each watch team and prevent capability attrition due to high military turnover rates.  The NIFE provides a one-of-a-kind, tailored global tracking and targeting capability, and is staffed to support simultaneous operations in multiple Areas of Responsibility (AORs) on a 24/7/365 basis.NIFE Technical Advisors shall provide subject matter expertise and advise the military / civilian watchstanders in all areas of NIFE operations to include Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and/or Link operations. TAs shall be available to support the NIFE’s 24/7 operational shift schedule. Additional duties may be required as directed by CTF-1080. 
NIFE TAs will be qualified through the established NIFE pipeline to stand watch alongside military personnel.   
Facilitate training of new military watch standers in established watch standing functions, and will provide “on-the-job” training to all watch standers, as required, to hone proficiency and integrate the use of new technologies or capabilities into the NIFE’s toolset.    What Required Skills You'll Bring:5+ years of experience in applicable intelligence discipline or military operationsProficient communication, writing, and briefing skillsUnderstanding of military communication pathsAbility to work in a dynamic and challenging environmentActive TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraphWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree in applicable disciplineExperience with military datalink operations (JREAP/Link-16)Understanding of military C2 concepts, methods, and doctrineExperience with DoD training requirementsExperience with intelligence community policies and procedures

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
