Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

10 years of overall experience in the functional area. A bachelor’s degree in related field required. Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.10 years of full-stack software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages with the ability to apply several tool suites related to DevSecOps, microservices and containers.At least five (5) years’ experience working with DoD COCOM and other Service Cyber Components.At least five (5) years’ experience with DoD Force Readiness requirements as it pertains to training and development (people, assets, & infrastructure).Demonstrated experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests and results to verify system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements.5 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira).5 years of experience testing web-based applications.5 years demonstrate experience leading software development programs/projects.TS/SCI clearance required.Practical experience integrating Restful interfaces and sending/receiving Restful commands.Practical experience developing and deploying software in a cloud environmentDoD IAT-II (ie Security+)
