Position Overview The Technical Administration Officer provides essential administrative and financial support to the technical management team. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and efficient administrative processes for all technical services operations. Qualifications Education and Experience Higher Diploma/Certificate or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Engineering or facility management experience preferred Skills and Knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word and Excel) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, especially in report writing Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills High sense of responsibility with ability to meet reporting deadlines Capable of working independently under pressure with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Key Personnel and Supporting Team Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and filing systems Manage stock and parts inventory tracking systems Prepare correspondence and documentation as required Financial Management Prepare monthly/annual reports recording operating expenses for services performed under the Contract Ensure all financial management requirements are completed accurately and on time Handle bookkeeper duties and daily accounting functions Process payments and invoices Prepare payment requests and handle data entry Maintain in-out record of inventory store Reporting Compile and prepare monthly service reports for submission to the Authority Ensure all documentation meets required standards and deadlines Maintain organized records of all operational activities and expenses Additional Duties Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Authority Support team members with administrative needs as required Working Conditions Office-based position supporting technical operations Regular business hours with occasional flexibility required Reporting Structure Reports to: Engineering Manager or designated supervisor
