Technical Accounting Process Leader- Cash Cycle Management As a key member of our Cash cycle team located in Krakow, you will be responsible for providing Order to Cash activities for EMEA Aon locations. This includes Cash allocation, bookings, reconciliations, payments and collection activities. What the day will look like Be responsible for Technical Accounting covering Accounts Receivables activities including cash allocation, reconciliations, bookings, payments and collections within assign area. Coordinate operational work among team members and secure BAU deliverables. Collaborate with Team Leader to achieve all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enforce to the established process. Support successful deployment and administration of finance systems tools (account reconciliation, month end checklist, issue tracking and remediation) to finance and supported countries Provide reporting and keep accurate records on perform activities Engage with relevant parties to secure the timely and high-quality completion of all responsibilities In coordination with Team Manager act as an escalation point on any items reported, secure proper communication and provide root cause analysis with remediation plan. Work closely with Stakeholders to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard Act as a Team Manager back-up and secure business continuity Actively propose improvements initiatives and support implementation of changes within team processes Skills and experience that will lead to success University degree or equivalent (specialization in accounting/economics/finance) Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance/controllership experience Knowledge of insurance (accounting) industry is a plus English level: C1 or higher Knowledge of additional European language (German, French, Dutch…) will be an asset Proven track record to handle multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to details Very good command of MS Office tools (especially Excel) Ability to make decisions and improvements based on metrics Strong problem solving skills Basic knowledge of project management principles Strong ability of work coordination to execute results How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
