Summary

The Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager is a senior-level accounting professional responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company’s corporate accounting and financial reporting functions, including quarterly and annual SEC filings. They ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage accounting operations and systems, and lead the corporate accounting team.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead quarterly and annual SEC filing process, including financial statement and disclosure preparation and review.Oversee and implement the Company’s accounting policies, prepared and maintained in accordance with US GAAP Conduct accounting research on specific transactions and document conclusions in an accounting memo.Develop presentation materials for global U.S. GAAP accounting training sessionsSupport external audit and review procedures.Manage and develop direct reports.

 

Experience

5+ years of experience in management and or leadership rolesPreviously held technical accounting positionsDeep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reportingFamiliarity with forms 10-K and 10-QExperience working in a large, complex multinational, automotive, industrial or manufacturing experience preferredCPA qualificationBachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
