We are seeking for a highly skilled Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in：

- Delivering proactive and reactive functional support to Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP customers, both onsite or from office

- Developing sets of standard deliverables to customers in establishing, configuring, managing and maintaining environments based on Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP

- Assisting customers to maximize the stability, availability and performance of their critical business systems

- Project delivery governing and customer success management to help customer maximize the value of their Oracle investments

 

Requirements:

Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP product functionality and technology. Expertise in finance and distribution module is highly preferred. Over 5 years of experience in complex Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade or optimization project delivery/management. Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry. Over 10 years of experience in IT Service Management, Project Management or Account Management. Demonstrated knowledge of Contract/Project Management, including cost, resources, scheduling, scope, and risk management.  Demonstrated experience and skill of customer relationship, account management and incident management. BS degree or equivalent experience. Fluent communication with both Chinese and English.
