We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team and drive customer success.
Job Summary: As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a technical point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. Your role will involve managing technical relationships, troubleshooting issues, and providing strategic guidance to help clients maximize the value of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary technical liaison between support and key clients.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and technical needs.
+ Provide as needed technical support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
+ Collaborate with support, sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
+ Conduct regular check-ins and technical reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Assist clients with product implementation, integration, and optimization.
+ Stay up-to-date with product developments to provide informed recommendations.
+ Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for clients.
+ Document and communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements.
+ Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Exceptional communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
