Techical Sales Representative Modena (m/f)
Bayer CropScience srl is looking for a brilliant Technical Sales Representative.
He/she will represent the Company in the territory through commercial activities and technical consultancy, promoting the Company’s image towards customers and other stakeholders related to the business.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:
Carry out the sale of crop protection products and seeds within the assigned area, including the development and promotion of Agriculture 4.0 toolsCreate demand for crop protection products and seeds through technical and commercial support activities aimed at achieving assigned targetsOrganize and implement events to support and launch products (e.g. meetings, indoor/outdoor events, demonstration fields)Ensure adequate reporting on market trends and collect relevant business intelligence through company toolsImplement the company's business strategy as defined at the central levelAchieve product-related goals and apply corrective actions when needed to ensure target fulfillmentEnsure proper technical positioning of the products and support their commercial developmentNegotiate discounts and payment terms with customers, including follow-up on payments when necessary
WHO YOU ARE:
Degree or equivalent qualification in agriculture or related fieldsAt least 2 years of experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in sales will be considered a strong plusStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a natural predisposition for customer interactionProven problem-solving attitude and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and complex environmentsGood knowledge of the Office package Residence or domicile in the province of Modena (preferred) or in the province of BolognaGood knowledge of English and mother tongue Italian
