Job Title: Avionics Tech Support

Job Description

Provide exceptional technical support to customers, aircraft operators, and manufacturers worldwide for Engine Data Acquisition and Transmission Systems. You will be responsible for supporting DES systems and Oil Analysis Technology through collaboration with Front Line organizations. Additionally, you will lead DES technical communications both internally and externally, ensuring seamless communication with customers and operators.

ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for DES systems and Oil Analysis Technology.Lead technical communications for DES systems.Support field upgrade campaigns for DES systems and Oil Analysis Technology.Develop tools and services for the customer support team.Collaborate with customer support teams across various locations.Actively participate in program field issues summary meetings.Essential SkillsExperience in avionics and aircraft systems troubleshooting.Ability to repair and handle wiring effectively.Bachelor of engineering degree or equivalent.5+ years of experience in aerospace customer service or maintenance.Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish.Proficiency in developing data visualization tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of the aerospace industry customer base.Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Great listening abilities, high autonomy, and analytical mindset.Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes.Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Python, and PowerBI.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.25/hr.
