Tech Risk Business Intelligence and Reporting

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location posted. No relocation is offered.


As Technology Risk Lead Cybersecurity for Business Intelligence and Reporting, you will be responsible for managing technology risk analytics capabilities, and reporting to ensure the efficient and effective management of technology risk. Increasing levels of regulatory requirements demand additional risk management rigor, and we must implement highly resilient, reliable, and effective reporting solutions that meet and, in some cases, exceed performance standards found in other information rich industries. You will provide leadership and support for Technology Risk initiatives across the business and advocate for best practices, while incorporating an independent oversight lens. You will utilize risk-based management to integrate information and technology risk processes into the way AT&T operates. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Technology Risk, you will be responsible for supporting the design, build, implementation, and operation of risk data analytics capabilities, key risk and performance metrics, and executive risk reporting. You will help ensure that AT&T has the right tools and capabilities to enable technology risk management programs and provide leadership with visibility into technology risk exposure and control environment performance.

Responsibilities

This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.

Own Technology Risk Business Intelligence, and Reporting capabilities in accordance with the Technology Risk Program

Implement business intelligence capabilities to identify and visualize insights from technology and risk program data

Help ensure metrics are in place to measure AT&T’s technology risk exposure and control performance across all categories in the Technology Risk Framework

Support the development and management of Technology Risk program key performance indicators

Implement recurring reporting to inform executive leadership of risk exposure as well as performance of technology controls and risk management programs

Support risk scenario analysis through modeling

Support Tech Risk teams responsible for risk monitoring, periodic controls testing, evidence collection, remediation, and audit readiness efforts through operational dashboards and analysis

Support creation of ad-hoc reporting and data analysis for time-sensitive requests


Qualifications

Requires 5-8 years of work experience in GRC solutions, metrics, business intelligence, or reporting at a global company

Strongly-rated skills in:

Business Intelligence tools

Risk program execution

Project management

Problem solving

Knowledge of information and technology risk management policies, methods, standards, frameworks, tools, and processes (e.g. COBIT, NIST, ITIL) as well as knowledge of compliance, legal, internal / external audit & regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI)

Adept at creating structure from ambiguity to deliver repeatable and sustainable results

Effective at navigating large corporations and governance structure

​Preferred

Experience in multiple industry risk, control and governance disciplines (e.g. Audit, Information Security, Regulatory Compliance)

Experience with the following technologies:

ServiceNow GRC capabilities (e.g., Integrated Risk Management)

Microsoft Power BI /Tableau and other BI tools for risk data visualization and dashboarding

Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis

MS Office

Our Technology Risk Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
