Descripción del empleoConsultants in this role get to:
Ensure technical support for customers by using troubleshooting processes and demonstrating product benefits.Basic troubleshooting: Technical support and general customer service questions. Guide through mobile device setup and configurationsEnsure the customer receives satisfactory support: Experience across all channels handled to assist and handle a broad range of customer cases. Gather customer information, troubleshoot technical and account issues; and Escalate cases as needed. Update customer information and transaction information as needed in the database. Guide customers through the process of online activation of subscriptions.

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English is desirable (B1)
- 6 Months Tenure in the current Role
- 100% P2G performance
