Gather customer information, troubleshoot technical and account issues; and Escalate cases as needed. Update customer information and transaction information as needed in the database. Qualifications
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English is desirable (B1)
- 6 Months Tenure in the current Role
- 100% P2G performance
