Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick-start your career in a dynamic, global environment? Pernod Ricard Türkiye is looking for a Tech Proximity Management Trainee (MT) to join our Shake Your Future MT Program and support our Tech team!

This role is designed for recent graduates or final-year students who are excited to gain hands-on experience in product management, change management, and agile ways of working within the FMCG sector. As a Tech Proximity Management Trainee, you will work closely with the Proximity Manager (AME) and the Proximity Team to contribute to key Tech initiatives and develop a strong foundation in digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

Supporting Product Domain Needs & Analysis

Assist in engaging with local process owners to understand their needsSupport documentation and sharing of identified needs with global product teamsHelp track specificities of affiliates’ processes to feed into design activities

Contributing to Roll-out & Change Management Activities

Support preparation of roll-out and change management plans for global & legacy productsAssist in testing activities, validation of test scenarios and follow-up of cutover plansContribute to change management activities such as impact analysis, communication, and adoption tracking

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Help track adoption and success realization at affiliate levelSupport coordination of local super user community activities and feedback collectionContribute to improvement initiatives together with Business Engagement Leads&Product Teams

Collaboration & Learning

Work in close collaboration with the Proximity TeamGain exposure to project management, stakeholder communication, and agile ways of workingTake ownership of learning assignments and actively contribute to team deliverables

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or last-year student from relevant departments (Industrial, Computer, Software, Business Engineering, MIS etc.)Work Experience: Internship or prior trainee experience in Tech, Digital, or related fields is a plusTechnical Skills: Basic knowledge of data, systems, or digital tools; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Soft Skills:Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishTeam player with strong collaboration skillsPassion & Interests: Interest in technology, digital transformation, and innovation in FMCGAvailability: Preferably available full-time with flexibility in working hours
