Manage end-to-end product development, lead the development team, collaborate with the ODM development team, and oversee the product lifecycle.Lead product technical assessment, be responsible for product technical proposals, and drive product competitiveness and feasibility for mass production.Oversee end-to-end R&D project management, take charge of schedules and deliverables, and drive planning, risk/change management, and key activities to ensure on-time and quality project delivery.Define and implement standardized project processes, develop tailored methodologies, and productize common workflows to promote operational excellence.Establish and promote cross-department collaboration (including with customers, development, production, and after-sales teams) and foster effective communication to achieve project objectives.Prioritize the R&D team's workload and strategic project planning across concurrent projects, and coordinate resources to advance program progress and achieve overall project goals.Handle other internal team tasks, including but not limited to competitor analysis and innovation verification.
Job Requirements:Have 5 years or more of project management experience (such as TPM, SWPM, HWPM, etc.), with PC development PM experience being preferable.Possess a good technical background in PC development, including knowledge of ME, EE, BIOS, SW, and Thermal; having multiple related knowledge areas is a plus.Demonstrate fluent English skills in writing, reading, and speaking.Have strong communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work with (global) team members and ODM team members based on project management principles.
