Role Overview:

Set the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the business, and set measures of success  Conduct market and/or customer research to understanding leading practices, what good looks like, and what the market/ customers value  Use data insights to identify opportunities and drive decision makingDefine the product roadmap in alignment with business priorities, and translate it into the product backlogGuide the delivery team to execute against the product roadmap and backlog, and prioritize work where neededDrive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration and communicationFoster relationships across the company and manage conflicting priorities as needed Optimize product performance, engagement, adoption and integrationAnalyze current processes and technologies associated with the product to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Proven product management experience in complex retail supply chain environmentsBA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years in product management, retail, or related fieldsStrong data analysis and decision-making skillsExperience taking products from concept to launchExperience managing and prioritizing budgets and resourcesAdept at collaborating with engineering, platform teams, business stakeholdersStrong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and data.Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $125,500.00.
