Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end migration project requirements coming from various Users within the Bank. Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget and agreed scopes.

2. Stakeholder Coordination:

Bridging Tech with Business and/or User teams and vendors. Project progress monitoring, reporting to senior management and steering committees. Facilitate troubleshooting issues related to banking modules/requirements deliveries (loans, deposits, payments, etc)

3. Risk and Compliance:

Timely escalation of risks when risks are identified, coordinate implementation of mitigation measures as according to management directions. Ensuring regulatory and security compliance standards are met and maintained. Ensuring tech requirements deliveries meet Quality Assurance standards (SIT, UAT, Security, Performance).
