The re:Cycle Reverse Logistics team is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced and professional Tech Ops Engineer. This role is an individual contributor role at the intersection of tech, ops and business of leveraging operational data to effectively scale our Technician workforce through standard work, best practice sharing and continuous improvement across our specialized global reverse logistics hubs. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various operations, finance, and other support teams to identify and address cost opportunities across our network. You will routinely collaborate with Site Leaders and operations teams to ensure our operations are meeting expected throughput KPI's and solving/understanding operational pain points that may be driving deviations. The ideal candidate will be a confident, decisive, influential and innovative leader who can communicate a compelling and comprehensive set of outcomes to be achieved. You must have the presence and influence to define and enforce high standards for programs you implement and monitor at all levels. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, and can define structure, processes and standards where none yet exist. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, unlimited curiosity, and a strong passion for continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of operations leadership experience or equivalent operations program or project management experience - 5+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics Preferred Qualifications - Reverse Logistics background with electronic equipment originating from data centers or electronic consumer goods. - 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 5+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
